We’re pleased to announce that Leah De Santis has joined Day & Ross as Vice President, Human Resources. Leah is guiding our HR team in their continued excellence in talent acquisition and management, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR services.

 

Leah brings with her 20 years of experience in Human Resources, most recently at Weston Foods. She is experienced in managing national recruitment programs, engaging employees and promoting diversity, and overseeing the HR function for leading businesses in Canada.
