How the Driver Apprenticeship works

Once you’ve completed your driver training at an accredited school, passed a road test, and earned your CDL license, we’ll give you training and ongoing mentorship as you hit the road.

During your 12-month contract, you’ll drive a variety of routes to gain hands-on experience. When the year is up, we’ll talk about available opportunities and try to match you with a role that meets your needs.
