Canada Post Strike Update: Sign Up for Electronic Payment!
To ensure you maintain your Day & Ross account in good standing and continue to receive uninterrupted service from us, please sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Reach out to our team for more information. If you still prefer to pay by cheque, please arrange for alternative delivery services to ensure we receive your payment on time.

If you’re shipping to, from or through one of the regions listed below, you may be experiencing delays due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances:
Canada
• Nova Scotia, Newfoundland: due to Marine Atlantic service advisory
US
• Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania: due to weather
Holiday Service
Plan your shipments ahead of time to avoid delays during the holiday season. Closures and modified service schedule may impact your delivery over the holidays. Please note that this year, we’ll continue to provide Protect from Freezing pickups during the holidays. See our Schedule.
